The hotel is conveniently located close to Connaught Place, known for its bars and nightlife. It is also near a metro station, making it easy to get around. the rooms come with locker facility, wardrobes, clean bathrooms and hot water, all at a fair price.

The overall customer service could use some improvement, as mentioned by some of the guests.

We enjoyed this hotel's central location, which was close to a train station and the popular area of Connaught Place for bars. It was also just outside of the busy area, making it quiet at night. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with spacious accommodations and a large bathroom that had a walk-in shower. The air conditioning worked very well, quickly cooling the room. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast served in the room was a great touch and convenient.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a decent location, just a short distance away from many local shops and eateries. Additionally, the room was clean and spacious, which was appreciated during the crowded Christmas season.

The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. They didn't assist with any questions or issues we had and were quite rude when we asked for basic amenities. The breakfast options were very limited and were only available through room service. the lack of helpful and hospitable staff made for a disappointing stay during the holiday season.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to tourist attractions and restaurants. the rooms were also clean and the bathrooms were kept tidy.

The staff was not very friendly and did not seem interested in helping us. When we first checked in, we were given a room with a strong smell of damp and had to insist on getting another room.
